Abstract
PURPOSE:To try the improvement of thermal conductivity and to prevent the occurrence of cracks or the like by filling glass beads between the plastic case and the winding of an electromagnetic coil wherein the injection work of a casting resin is facilitated by injecting the casting resin for setting. CONSTITUTION:The winding 2 of an electromagnetic coil is accommodated in a plastic case 1 and glass beads 5 are filled between the case 1 and the winding 2. Then, a previously combined casting resin 6 is injected and post setting treatment by the setting condition of the resin 6 is performed for setting. Next, the glass beads 5 are filled between the plastic case 1 and the winding 2 of the electromagnetic coil and the casting resin 6 is injected for setting. The injection work of the casting resin 6 of facilitated and the resin is filled without leaving room to attempt the improvement of thermal conductivity. And the occurrence of cracks by expansion and contraction will be prevented.
