Abstract

PURPOSE: To perform pressure resistance test in a short time by making use of the impulse impact pressure of fluid packed in a core.
CONSTITUTION: A cup-shaped sealing body 10b is fixed to one side of a core support base 11 snd a cup-shaped sealing body 10a is movably disposed to the other. The supply pipe 14a and discharge pipe 14b of a fluid circuit 15 of heated fluid or ordinary temperature fluid are connected and the fluid circuit 15 is connected to an impulse generating section 19. After a core 2 is grasped by the cup-shaped sealing bodies 10a, 10b therebetween, the heated fluid or ordinary temperature fluid is filled in the core 2, particularly in the liquid pipe 7, after which impulse of 0W 1.6kg/cm2 is applied multiple times to the fluid filled to apply multiple impact pressure instantaneously to the core 2. As a result, the core 2 repeats expansion and contraction and its material fatigues early, thus the pressure resistance test is carried out in a short time.
