Abstract

PURPOSE: To prevent a dispersion of detrimental substance in a room by a method wherein a top end of a source of generating detrimental substance to be suspended by a crane is covered with a hood when the source of generating detrimental substance is to be carried by the crane in a factory and the detrimental substance is fed toward a ventilation fan at the ceiling by a fan blower fixed to the hood.
CONSTITUTION: Hood 3 is attached to the top end of the source 1 for generating detrimental substance (such as a heated air, odor and detrimental gas etc.) which is hunged by a crane 2, and a discharge blow-out unit 5 having axial blower 4 therein is installed at the hood 3. The air flow control blow-out unit 7 having axial blower 6 therein is installed in the ceiling air flow area C with the suction port and the blow-out port being directed in a horizontal direction. The detrimental substance generated from the source 1 of the detrimental substance is collected by the hood 3, suctioned into the discharge air blow-out unit 5 along with the surrounding air suctioned into the hood 3 and then ascended up to the control area C from the blow- out port as a jet stream. Then, the substance is discharged out of the factory building through the blow-out unit 7 by the ventilation fan 11 in the ventilation housing 10.
