Abstract

PURPOSE: To obtain the foamed body with even air bubbles eliminating swelling, crack, blowhole or the like by foaming a raw foaming liquid containing numerous fine air bubbles discharged into a foam molding vessel from a nozzle.
CONSTITUTION: A variety of raw foaming liquid materials are fed into a discharge nozzle 1 and mixed thoroughly with an agitation wing 2 provided therein and then, discharged into a foam molding vessel. An attachment 3 is mounted at the tip of the discharge nozzle 1 to engulf numerous fine air bubbles. For example, one baffle board 5 having numerous fine holes in a cylindrical tube 4 may be used. Fine air suction holes 6 and 6 are provided in the upper or lower portion thereof facing downward. The diameter of the fine holes can range from 1W4mm.
