Abstract

PURPOSE: To distribute safe drinking water at emergency by a system wherein a pumping-up pump, a sodium hypochlorite injecting machine, a filter, a bag filling and making machine for a liquid with low viscosity and a generator are collectively housed near the source of water supply.
CONSTITUTION: A raw water pump 4, a chemical liquid tank 5, a chemical injecting pump 6 and a filter 7 are placed on a platform 1. When a handrail 3 is held and pushed at using, the platform can easily be moved. An absorbing hose 8 is mounted to said raw water pump 4, and communicated with the source of water supply. The quantity of a necessary sodium hypochlorite solution is injected to raw water by using the chemical injecting pump 6 in response to the flow rate of raw water by means of a flow meter 9, and a condition such as not more than 2% effective chlorine and pH 12.0 or more is maintained. The raw water to which the sodium hypochlorite solution is injected enters the filter 7 from a feed port 10 mounted to an upper portion of the filter 7. The chemical liquid tank 5 is normally kept empty, and used in a manner such that a chemical liquid preserved in another vessel is shifted as necessary.
