Abstract
PURPOSE:To eliminate an exfoliation process for insulation covering and a soldering process by a method wherein a rotor winding with insulation covering is contacted to a commutator terminal and the rotor winding is fixed by melting the connected section with a laser beam radiation. CONSTITUTION:An outgoing line with insulation covering 5a of a rotor winding 5 is contacted to a commutator terminal 4. Then a laser beam is irradiated on the contacted section, the rotor wiring is melted and fixed by removing the insulation covering 5a. As a result, both the exforiation process of insulation covering of the rotor winding and the soldering process are unnecessary, and dispersion, adhesion, etc. of solder chips can be eliminated.
