Abstract

PURPOSE: To house a cassette stage into the body of a copying machine and simultaneously house a paper discharge tray into the body by cooperatively moving the cassette stage and the paper discharge tray.
CONSTITUTION: When a cassette stage 11 turn s around a turning center 11a in the arrow C direction up to the position 11b of the brokine line so as to be housed into the body of the copying machine, a link 22 is attracted leftward up to the position of a brokne line 22a via a lever 18 of the one-piece construction with this stage 11 and links 20, 21 cooperatively with the turning of the stage 11. According to the leftward movement of the link 22, the lever 23 made in one piece with the tray 10 connected to the other and turns the tray 10 around the shaft 24 up to the position of a broken line 10a, thereby housing the same into the body of the copying machine. With such constitution, the cassette stage may be housed in the body and at the same time the paper discharge tray may be housed into the body as well.
