Abstract

PURPOSE: To make the electromagnetic shutter lessin power consumption small in size and light in weight by moving a shutter opening trigger piece and a shutter closing trigger piece via a brake piece released of detention by intermittently moving an electromagnet.
CONSTITUTION: When an electromagnet 8 is temporarily energized at the 1st stage of shutter releasing, a movable piece 8' oscillates and a shutter opening trigger piece 4 cooperatively oscillates to release a detaining hook 13, then a front curtain 2 is linearly moved by the elastic force of a spring 1 to open the shutter. Here, a brake piece 7 is held detained by the hook 13 and does not oscillate in cooperation with the movable piece 8'. The brake piece 7 released of the detention is cooperatively oscillated by the oscillation of the movable piece 4 by the electromagnet 8 which is temporarily energized at the 2nd stage of the shutter releasing. This causes the shutter closing trigger piece 5 to be cooperatively oscillated by a pin 5" to release the detention of a detaining hook 13", thereby linearly moving the rear curtain 2.
