Abstract
PURPOSE:To accurately drive a positioning device without using unnecessarily large pulse motor by so controlling a pulse motor that there exists a specific relation formula between a motor torque and an angular velocity. CONSTITUTION:There is a relation formula of omega=(A/B)(1-epsilon<-(>B</>J<)t>eta) between a motor torque T and an angular velocity omega, where J represents an inertia, eta is the allowance rate of the motor torque represented by eta=1-T0/(A-Bomega) wherein A, B represent constants and T0 represents a load torque. Accordingly, a load vs. torque curve of the motor torque T and the angular velocity omega becomes a curve e', and the relationship between the speed and the time in the positioning device becomes a curve A-B-C. Thus, the motor can be efficiently accelerated or decelerated, and can consequently be driven without using unnecessarily large motor for the load.
