PURPOSE:To prevent the mixing of soybean milk etc. into squeezed water by squeezing water from a coagulated soybean mild gradually and automatically rather than at a time. CONSTITUTION:A coagulated liquid mixture comprising a soybean milk, bittern and water is fed from a coagulation apparatus 14 to a mold box 4 having a perforated bottom plate 6. The box 4 is then pushed by transfer pushing plates 3 with the intermittent motion of a chain conveyor 2, and the mixture in the mold box 4 is agitated by an agitating rubber plate 13 attached to the bottom of an agitator 12 to remove the clogging of a bottom cloth 5 of the mold box 4. A perforated top plate 8 wrapped in a cloth 7 is then placed on the coagulated liquid mixture, and the mold box 4 is transferred under a hydraulic cylinder 10 having a drainboardlike pressing plate 15 attached to the bottom of a piston rod 11.
