Abstract

Next, the above ramming force generating device 15 is removed and a pulling-out device 8 is mounted instead, the tubelike ramming rod 4 is pulled out, by driving the pulling-out device 8, using the top of the rod 1 as a basic point, and subsequently, the central-part ramming rod 1 is pulled out, the article is buried in the ground.
