Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent overlook or mistake of the operator and enable automation of the process management by measuring the intensity and time of a current flowing into a ultrasonic wave oscillator to discriminate the working condition of a ultrasonic wave welding device. CONSTITUTION:A current is introduced into a current level discriminating circuit 3 and a current application time discriminating circuit 4, respectively, and the circuit 3. When the introduced current largely exceeds the upper limit level value, the circuit 3 emits a signal a to suitability of quality discriminating circuit 5, and when the current is in appropriate range, the circuit 3 emit a signal b. When the current is extremely small, the circuits 3 emits a signal c to the above circuit 5. On the other hand, the circuit 4 emits signals d, e and f to the above described circuit 5, respectively, when the introduced current 4 is extremely small, appropriate or excessively large. When signals b and e which are in the appropriate range, are simultaneously delivered to the circuit 5, an output signal of ''good'' is emitted, and in other cases, an output signal of ''no'' is emitted. The output signal of ''good'' or ''not'' emitted from the suitability of quality discriminating circuit 5 is sent to an automatic deposited matter carrier.
