A voltage supplying portion 41 to the constant voltage generating circuit in a semiconductor device from the lowest-power-source-voltage supplying portion 40 and voltage supplying portions 42, 43, and 44 to a transistor for generating a constant current in a logic circuit are provided so that they are branched separately. By controlling the resistance value of each branched portion, the power supply voltage in each load circuit is independently controlled.
