Abstract

PURPOSE: To accomplish the easy and accurate quantitative pouring of liquid with a simple construction by having the liquid flowing over below an outer tube connected to a vacuum source of a nozzle for pouring it formed as a double tube airtight coupled with a vessel.
CONSTITUTION: The receiving vessel is coupled airtight with the nozzle 4 for pouring the liquid with a sealing ring 12 to be fitted into the joint therebetween. The nozzle 4 forms a double tube comprising inner and outer tubes 1 and 2 whose inner tube 2 is connected to a vacuum source 9 by way of an exhaust port 7 so as to keep a lower pressure in the vessel. With such an arrangement, a liquid in a liquid tank 6 connected to the tube 1 with a hose 5 is poured into the vessel. The liquid exceeding a fixed level flows over an overflow port 10 provided below the tube 2 and recovered into a relay tank of the tube 2. This ensures an accurate quantitative pouring of liquid without contaminating the surrounding area by an easy operation with a simple construction.
