Abstract
PURPOSE:To prevent the sound pressure sensitivity of a sound receiving unit from lowering by making impedance for noise-reduction less than that for sound reception, by connecting sound-receiving and vibration-noise-reducing microphone units together so that their outputs will be out of phase each other. CONSTITUTION:Sound-receiving unit 7 and noise-reducing unit 8 are connected together in series so that their outputs will be out of phase mutually. When mechanical, external vibration is applied to enclosure 5, diaphragms 10 and 14 of units 7 and 8 are to move in the same direction according to the law of inertia. At the same time, electromotive force is generated by voice coils 11 and 15. For this purpose, units 8 and 7 are connected in series with their outputs out of phase with each other so as to cancel electromotive forces of units 7 and 8. To prevent the sound pressure sensitivity of unit 7 from deteriorating, the impedance of unit 8 is made less than that of unit 7.
