CONSTITUTION: The waste water 1 is nitrated by a nitrating process 2, and introduced to one denitrifying process 4, about 80W90% oxidation nitrogen in a nitrating liquid is removed by injecting an organic carbon source (methanol) here, the waste water is introduced to the other denitrifying process 5, and the residual oxidation nitrogen is removed here by setting the quantity of the organic carbon source injected to zero or quantity insufficient to the breeding of denitrifying bacteria. These operation is alternately exchanged.
