PURPOSE:To reduce a burden of a capacitor for smoothing connected to a rectifying circuit, heighten reliability and miniaturize a device by a mechanism wherein the device is formed in a complementary shape by using two choke coils. CONSTITUTION:Transistors 13, 13' are alternately conducted by complementary high-frequency output signals from a voltage controlling type oscillation circuit 15, and currents shown in wave-forms A, B flow through each transistor. On the other hand, currents Id, Id' shown in a wave-form C in case of the nonconduction of the transistors flow through a pectifying circuit by choke coils 20, 20' and the polarity of diodes 16, 16'.
