Abstract

PURPOSE:To feed frames without noise on a screen, by applying a signal, which is obtained by adding a voltage corresponding to the tape running quantity to the driving voltage for reproducing of the still picture without noise, as a driving signal to an electric-mechanical element for reproducing head deflection. CONSTITUTION:For the purpose of deflecting the reproducing head mechanically, one end of the piezoelectric element, which is electric-mechanical converting element 7 to sag in the polarization direction, is fixed to both ends of a roatay material. In respect to the driving signal applied to electric-mechanical converting element 7 to deflect reproducing heads 9 and 10 mechanically, analogue signal (j) obtained by sample hold circuit 32 which holds analogue voltage (d) proportional to the running speed of the magnetic tape from the count completion time of counter 18 till the completion of scanning of reproducing heads 9 and 10 for magnetic tape 4 is amplified by operational amplifier 33, and this output signal is supplied to elements 7 and 8 through slip ring 21 to drive them.
