Abstract
PURPOSE:To prevent the original surface from being burnt, by rejecting infrared ray component in the illumination light to the objective to be read in with diffraction grating. CONSTITUTION:The light from the lamp 8 is reflected on the cold mirror 9 and it is incident to the reflecrion type diffraction grating 2. The grating 2 radiates the infrared ray component 3'' and visual light component 3' with separation. The visual light 3' is collected with the lens 5 and illuminates the original plane 7. Since unnecessary infrared ray component 3'' is absorbed in the infrared ray absorbing plate 4, the original plane 7 is not burnt.
