Abstract

PURPOSE: To simplify structure and facilitate assembly work of a valve device of such a construction that the valve element is driven by application of the pressure of fluid to be controlled to a pressure receiving piece fixed to the valve stem, by forming a pressure receiving piece housing at the screw fitting.
CONSTITUTION: When control valve 27 is opened, the pressure of a water stream from the flow-in chamber 2 drops at an orifice 23 and the pressure in one chamber 12b of the pressure receiving piece housing 12 becomes low. To the other chamber 12a the pressure in the flow-in chamber 2 is introduced through a one-way throttle valve 19, when the pressure difference against the abovementioned will push up the pressure receiving piece 16 to open the valve. Closing the valve 27 puts the chambers 12a, 12b into the same pressure, and closes the valve with the aid of the dynamic pressure in flow-in chamber 2 which will act on the back of the valve element 5. The valve casing 1 is provided with a threaded part 6 in communication with the abovementioned flow-in chamber 2, to which a top lid shall be screwed in directly, and a dish-shaped intermediate lid is screwed in this top lid, so that no pressure introducing passage is required at the valve casing side. The structure is thus simplified to ensure easy assembly.
