Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain a inexpensive light weight dialysis device small in size by using a material obtained by integrally forming plural protrusion like portions or a linear ridges on a surface of a regenerated cellulose membrane as an dialysis membrane. CONSTITUTION:A copper ammonia solution is injected from a ringlike outlet 7 having a cut-in a groove 8 formed therein and coagulated to form a tubular membrane having a linear ridge portions formed on a surface thereof. Or, linear or portrusion like ridge portions are integrally formed on a flat membrane by a method wherein a copper ammonia solution is coated on a surface of a flat regenerated cellulose membrane in a linear pattern and coagulated or a copper ammonia solution is flowed on a flat plate 24 provided with circular pores 25. A plurality of membranes fabricated by the above described example are laminated and mounted in an dialysis device. By using said membrane, the weight and the volume of an dialysis device can be reduced and excellent and dialysis properties are obtained.
