Abstract

CONSTITUTION:The slot of the core 2 is coated on the inner surface and at the end with a conductive resin mixed with a metal powder filler to form a conductive resin layer 6. Here, a conductive resin hamp 9 is made to form a thin resin layer. Granular resin is attached on the resin layer 6 by electrostatic painting and hardened to form an insulating resin layer 8. This can relax the concentration of the electric field on the corner part 7 of the slot outlet thereby improving the strength of insulation while preventing damage and cracking of the coil at the corner part.
