CONSTITUTION: This treating machine is moved to a receiving place of a bulky waste material by a moving apparatus 17. The waste material thrown into a hopper 5 is miniaturized in a miniaturizing apparatus 6 according to necessity and introduced into a freezing apparatus 1, 2 by a conveying-out apparatus 3. The frozen material issued therefrom is passed through a miniaturizing apparatus 3 and the miniaturized material is put into a take-out vehicle by a take-out apparatus 10. The above described respective apparatus is operated by a motor 11, a pump 12 or the apparatus operating the apparatus 1, 2. According to necessity, a tank 14, a welding apparatus 15 or a compressor 16 are used.
