Layer 2 is based on a cobalt ammine complex (a), a redox couple (b) consisting of a hydrogen donor and quinone showing absorption in 400-550nm wavelengths and a chelating agent (c). Layer 4 is based on the acidic salt (d) of leucoaminotriarylmethane and a strong acid, hexaarylbiimidazole (e) as a photooxidizing agent and a redox couple (f). An image formed with this recording material can be transferred onto ordinary paper or the like as a positive image.
