Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve the efficiency of utilization of an equipment while attaining sufficient reception even via a high-speed circuit, by recording received data after storing them in a memory temporarily without recording them direct. CONSTITUTION:Picture signal SW received by reception control part 2 is all written on magnetic disk 6 through file control part 5. Then, picture signal SR read out of disk 6 is supplied to recording control part 11 recording part 1 through control part 5 and, after converted into an adequate signal form, is recorded on recording paper 4 by recording head 12. In this case, picture signals SW and SR are equal in signal array, but while signal SW is made suitable to the transmission speed of circuit 3, signal SR is made to correspond to the recording speed of recording part 1. Therefore, even if the recording speed of recording part 1 can not follow up the speed of circuit 3, reception is possible and the efficiency of utilization of the circuit can sufficiently be improved. Additionally, the reception is possible even if its mechanism part gets out of order or even if the equipment runs out of paper or toner.
