Abstract
PURPOSE:The cleaning apparatus possible to effectively perform the cleaning work without generating the smudge, by installing the injection nozzle header which can be horizontally turned and adjusted to an arbitrary angle taking the central support arm as the turning center, and by making the breadth of injection adjustable. CONSTITUTION:The nozzle header 1 possesses a length sufficient to cover the breadth of the steel sheet S, and is constituted so as to be horizontally turnable and adjustable to an arbitrary angle taking the central support arm 2 as the turning center; at the normal state, the header 1 is fixed keeping a specified angle alpha (30-45 deg. are desirable). The slit type nozzle 12, continuing long along the header 1 and keeping a specified angle beta (15-45 deg. are desirable) against the running direction of the steel sheet S, is installed in the header 1; hereby, the injected liquid can be injected in a type of wide fall uninterruptedly. At both ends of the nozzle header 1, the baffle plate 13 are installed in order to make the breadth of injection adjustable by the adjusting handle 14 correspondingly to the breadth of the steel sheet S. Moreover, if desired, two nozzles are installed at 15-45 deg. against the steel sheet S.
