Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent the observation based on the wrong information when the time and data information is transcribed on a film surface or data processed by once memorizing it synchronizing with the signal of collecting data or starting the transcription. CONSTITUTION:As soon as the transcription starting singal is fed to an input signal terminal 17, a memory signal 18 is generated at the rising moment of the starting signal. Thus, the time information of hour, minute and second counters 8, 6 and 4 is written into a memory circuit 9 at this point. The time information thus memorized is selected by one digit in sequence by a multiplexer circuit 12 in response to the first timing signal from a digit timing signal generation circuit 10 and outputted 14 through a decoder 13. Upon feeding of the transcription starting signal to the input signal terminal 17, the signal is generated from a transcription time setting circuit 20 in a given time and the second digit timing signal is transmitted to a terminal block 16 from the digit timing signal generation circuit 10 whereby the signal for turning on or off each digit of the desplay element is outputted.
