Abstract
PURPOSE:To improve the efficiency of working for containing magnets between synthetic resin sheets and to prevent the magnets from moving therebetween by containing magnetic pieces not yet magnetized and provided at a suitable interval between synthetic resin sheets, adhering the sheets and then magnetizing the magnetic pieces. CONSTITUTION:Heat shrinkable synthetic resin sheets 1, 1' are used, recesses 2 are formed at suitable interval on the sheet 1, magnetic pieces 3 not yet magnetized are contained in the recesses 2, and are sealed with the sheet 1'. Then, the magnetic pieces 3 are magnetized to produce magnets 3'. The configuration is effective by forming the recesses 2 slightly larger than the magnetic pieces to increase the stability of the magnets 3' and thermally shrinking the sheets 1, 1'. The sealed sheets are cut in a necessary size, and are mounted in an adequate state at a necessary position. Since this configuration contains the magnetic pieces not yet magnetized disposed between the sheets, it improves the efficiency of working for containing the magnetic pieces. Inasmuch as the magnets are not moved therebetween, the sheets can be easily stitched, and produces no rust at the magnets.
