Abstract
PURPOSE:To realize copying of an original of picture information in any number of sheets as desired, by reading all picture information of the original through just a scan of the original and storing the information in the form of a binary coded data. CONSTITUTION:The reflected light sent from an original is reflected by a mirror 5 and then deflected by a rotary polyhedral mirror 6 and by angle theta with every scanning line. Then the picture information corresponding to blue, green and red each are obtained through the three optical systems which are provided with an equiangle distance within theta. These picture information are changed into the digital signals and stored in a storage device consisting of a random access memory and others. Thus the color copies are obtained based on each color picture information.
