Abstract
PURPOSE:To prevent all of safety circuits from being disabled in operation by providing a delayed pulse generating circuit to monitor always an Hi fault in an output of a comparator circuit. CONSTITUTION:Despite that a temperature detected by a sensor 3 is higher than the set temperature, and a power controlling element 6 does not trigger, the controlling element 6 causes a fault in self trigger, and further, in a period D when an output of a comparator 16 is an Hi fault an output VG of a self-trigger detecting circuit 21 is kept at Low and is not able to cause a breaking circuit 22 to operate, but Hi fault by an output VP of the delayed pulse generating circuit 30 and an output VC of a comparator 16 cause Hi of an output VJ of an AND circuit 31, thus the breaking circuit 22 is actuated through an OR circuit 32.
