The ceramic has superior insulation even at extreme low temperatures and high mechanical strength. Therefore, insulation will not be destructed or exfoliated by the electromagnetic force of the coil in use. In this way, combersome work such as the work for pasting an insulating material on the inside of the container 2 while processing the container 2 becomes unnecessary and the workability of coil insulation will be improved without being subject to restriction to the shape and size of the container 2.
