PURPOSE:To properly transfer an incoming call even in an all-busy state through equally distributing the incoming calls to extensions belonging to the same representative selection group, by providing a memory stored with the storage position of representative selection information and another memory stored with transfer- destination information during the all-busy state. CONSTITUTION:A discriminating circuit 1 for an incoming-side equipment position and a readout circuit 2 for a representative selection memory are provided, and a representative selection group information memory 3 and a representative selection memory 5 are also provided. In a temporary storing register 4, a storage position information register 22 is provided, and in the circuit 2, a register 12 storing extension equipment position information and a register 13 storing representative selection group information are provided. Pieces of position information of the registers 12 and 13 read-out to a collating circuit 6 are collated mutually and stored temporarily in the register 4 when extensions are busy. Further, a discriminating circuit 7 for an extension state, a memory 8 for a transfer destination in an all-busy state, etc., are used to equally distribute incoming calls to extensions belonging to the same representative selection group, so that the incoming calls are transferred properly even in the all-busy state.
