CONSTITUTION:When a minute counter detecting wheel 33 rotates and the end 32A of a minute counter setting spring 32 which slides contacting with the lower end surface 33C thereof contacts with the end 34A of a minute counter detecting spring 34 disposed in a through hole 33B bored in the minute counter detecting wheel 33 for a given period of time, conduction is established through a patterned surface 27B on the terminal board the minute counter detecting spring 34 the minute counter setting spring 32 a minute couner wheel stud 35.
