Abstract
PURPOSE:To flocculate and remove inclusions and purify and recover the alkali type defatting and corrosion preventing cleaning liquid after the use in machining by adding a specific flocculant to said cleaning liquid under stirring and further blowing air therein. CONSTITUTION:A polyacrylic acid ester type cationic high polymer material is added from a flocculant adding device 17 to the alkali type defatting and corrosion preventing cleaning liquid after the use introduced into an additive adding and stirring chamber 10, and if necessary, bentonite is added from a flocculating assistant adding device 20, and these are stirred with a stirrer 21. Then, the polishing and grinding fluids, grease, abrasive powders, etc. included into the cleaning liquid flocculate to form flocs. This cleaning liquid is introduced into a floc forming chamber 22, where the clean cleaning liquid contg. air is blown through a port 24, whereby small flocs are coarsened and float upward, thereby forming floc layers 25. The layers 25 are scraped by a flock scraper 28, are separated from the cleaning liquid by an inclined filter plate 29, and are discharged through a discharge port 30. The purified cleaning liquid is fed through a cleaning liquid chamber 31 into an outlet chamber 33, and is reused.
