Abstract

PURPOSE: To easily take out a number of parts by universally sliding a parts loading plate with a number of receivers which receive the parts that fall from the parts delivery port on the upper surface, at the lower part of the parts delivery port on the lower part of a number of cylindrical magazines which house a number of parts.

CONSTITUTION: A number of cylindrical magazines 2 which house a number of parts 3 are supported in a holder 4 and a parts fall preventive plate 8 is universally slided in the horizontal direction at the lower end of these magazines 2. A number of holes 9 which are individually opposed to the aperture sections at the lower part of the magazines 2 are provided on the fall preventive plate 8. A number of parts fall pipes 12 are installed at the lower part of the fall preventive plate 8 shifting the axis with the magazines and a parts loading plate 13 with a number of parts receivers 14 at the upper part is unieversally slided almost in the horizontal direction at the lower part. The parts 3 in the magazines 2 are supplied to the receiver 14 of the parts loading plate 13 through the fall pipe 12 and transferred up to the absorption position by the absorption head 19 of a mounter 18 through the sliding of the loading plate 13.
