Abstract

PURPOSE:To secure automatic limiting for the fact that a record mode is given in the sections other than the record signal section, by adding mode switch signal generating circuit that switches the mode after detecting supply/erasion of the record signal given from a record signal source. CONSTITUTION:The 1st mode switch signal generating circuit 48 generates the signal which switches a tape recorder 1 from the record pause mode to the record mode after detecting supply of the record signal from a record signal source of a record player 2 or the like. The 2nd mode switch signal generating circuit 49 generates the signal which switches the recorder 1 from the record mode to the record pause mode or the stop mode after detecting erasion of the record signal supplied from the record signal source. These circuits 48 ad 49 consist of such circuit as shown in the diagram that includes diodes 50 and 57, smoothing circuits 51 and 58, level detecting circuits 54 and 61, monostable multivibrators 55 and 62, and others.
