Abstract
PURPOSE:To improve joining strength and permit logical selction of a molten metal releasing position by performing the formation of the multilayers contg. amorphous alloy layers through high speed quick cooling of molten metal on a metal belt which is driven by one of a pair of rolls. CONSTITUTION:The molten metal A in a tubular vessel 1a is ejected onto a belt 5 revolving at a high speed by the pressure of an inert gas, thereby forming an under layer consisting of an amophous metal A'. Folowing to this, the molten metal B in a tubular vessel 1b is ejected onto the metal A', whereby an upper layer B' consisting of the amouphous metal is formed. Two layers of the amorphous alloy layers 4 laminated in this way are quickly cooled and rolled at high speeds between the belt 5 and a roll 3c, whereby the two layer amorphous alloy 4 of high joining strength is obtained.
