Abstract
PURPOSE:To improve efficiency, reliability, etc. by providing a mechanism control part which controls the movement of nozzles sucking and discharging reagents, the operation of pumps, the selection of selector valves, etc. in a dispenser for biochemical analysis which traces enzyme reaction rates. CONSTITUTION:In a dispenser consisting of nozzles 12 sucking and discharging reagents, pumps 22, 24, etc., a mechanism control part 32 which controls the movement of the nozzles 12, the operation of pumps 22, 24, the selection of selector valves 18, 20, etc. are provided. After the nozzle 12 is washed with the washing water 38 fed by the pump 24 in a tray 36, air is sucked therein by the operation of the pump 22, thence the nozzle is lowered into a reagent 40, by which the reagent 40 is sucked. Next, the nozzle 12 is moved to the position of a test tube 42, where the reagent 40 having been sucked therein is discharged together with air into the soln. in the test tube 42. The reagent 40 and the soln. are stirred and mixed by the air.
