Abstract

Then a shaft of the filter frequency is measured through a frequency measuring meter 14 for the filter 12 to the set frequency. The result of this measurement receives an operational process by a microcomputer 15. An appropriate quantity of laser energy is applied to the paste 13 by a laser beam irradiating device 16 to ensure an appropriate amount of evaporation. Thus the filter frequency of the filter 12 is set equal to the set frequency.
