Abstract
PURPOSE:To realize a control for the resonance frequency at a set level, by attaching previously a mass substance such as an insulated paste or the like on an electrode of a piezoelectric plate and then removing the mass substance. CONSTITUTION:An insulated paste 13 is coated on a oscillation electrode of a double mode piezoelectric filter 12 to measure the filter characteristics. Then a shaft of the filter frequency is measured through a frequency measuring meter 14 for the filter 12 to the set frequency. The result of this measurement receives an operational process by a microcomputer 15. An appropriate quantity of laser energy is applied to the paste 13 by a laser beam irradiating device 16 to ensure an appropriate amount of evaporation. Thus the filter frequency of the filter 12 is set equal to the set frequency.
