The output of the AND8 is inputted to an MNC collating flip-flop 9, which is supplied with a reset pulse. Then, after actuated address resisters 2a-2n are set respectively, the output of the flip-flop 9 receiving the output of the AND8 is checked. At this time, when the output of the circuit 9 is at ''1'', an MNC collating circuit is considered to be a collation-side stack and an internal operation stop or operation incompletion signal is sent back to stop malfunction.
