Abstract

PURPOSE:To enable efficient molding of an extrusion molded product, which is a multilayer-structure composite object, by means of a single extrusion molder, by a method wherein a weir, which feeds most of plasticized resin into a tube hole extending from a screw surface to a screw end, is mounted. CONSTITUTION:Most of the first resin material, supplied into the first resin charging port 2, enters into an opening 5 in a screw surface after passing through the first fusing kneading section, and it is extruded to a screw end after passing through a tube hole 6 formed in a screw part covering the second fusing kneading section. A part of the first resin material flows into the second fusing kneading section after passing through a gap formed in the proximity of a weir 7 formed on the screw. Meanwhile, the second resin material, fed through a resin charging port 3, is fused and kneaded at the second fusing kneading section in a manner to be mixed with a part of the first resin material, and the mixture is concentrically united with a resin A, fed through a pipe hole 6, at the end part of the screw. So united material is divided by means of a conical part 14 of a dice as it is rectified, is extruded through a die lip 18, and is blown up with air fed through air feed port 19.
