Abstract
PURPOSE:To simplify the hardware remarkably, by providing a circuit in which at least one-bit signal out of internal signals to the least significant digit of an adder, to form a digital filter. CONSTITUTION:The output of multipliers 110-112 of a circulatlon type digital filter is provided with a round-off signal generators 410-412 for random round-off. The circuits 410-412 use the principle that the production of ''1'' or ''0'' appeared at each lower rank bit is almost at random and it is almost without correlation timewise, when a signal is in binary notation representation, and random numbers are produced from the signal itself. Further, the output of the circuits 410-412 is given as the carry signal input of the least significant digit of adders 115-117, where random emission of fractions and counting fractions as one are made equi- valently with the output of ''0'' and ''1'' of the circuits 410-412.
