Further, the electrodes 12, 13 are combined so that a number of unit electrodes 12a, 13a of the electrodes are alternately adjacent and the adjacent ridges are in parallel, and the width and gap of the unit electrodes 12a, 13a excluding unit electrodes 12'a and 12'a at both the outermost ridges of the electrode 12 are equal with each other and are of normal type electrode shape. Further, the unit electrodes 12'a, 12'a are formed in triangle shape, and both the outermost parts of the electrode 12 have a slope to an orthogonal direction with the direction of signal transmission. Thus, the measured value of each characteristics including the transmission band width can be in coincidence with the design calculation value, allowing to make the design easy.
