Abstract

CONSTITUTION: This welding method consists of a process that stops momentarily the shaking consumable electrode at every one or half cycle at the center of a groove 2 and performs welding making the current in this operation lower than the normal vertical current, a process that makes the pitch of shaking in the direction of weld lind 2W7mm, and a process that makes the shaking cycle including momentary stoppage 0.8W2sec.
