Abstract

PURPOSE: To reduce the loss of heat due to the mixing of gases of different zones by a method in which a vertically hanging wall and annular blow-off ports of nozzle are provided to a ceiling and air flows from each port of the nozzle are so directed as to form respective independent air flow zones.
CONSTITUTION: A vertical hanging wall 3 is attached to a ceiling, and a blade plate 6 is provided to the ceiling portion of a zone where a perimeter unit 2 on a window 5 side is placed. Also, an annular blow-off ports of nozzle 4 is attached to the ceiling, a disk 12 with plural annular slits 11a, 11a, and 11c having different radii is attached to the inside of the outer cone 10 spreading downwards of the nozzle 4 at a right angle to the axis of the cone 10, and a plate 14 with orifices 13a, 13b, and 13c is placed on the upside of the disk 12. The annular slits 11a, 11b, and 11c are so formed that one having larger radius has a wider angle to the axis of the cone 10. Thus, each air flow from each blow-off port of the nozzle can form independent air-conditioning zone in respective duty zones.
