Abstract
PURPOSE: To facilitate the cleaning of a receiver plate stained with spilt soup, to uniform the flow of a premixed gas in a burner head, and to prevent uneven heating by conducting the supply of the secondary air at a level above the receiver plate.
CONSTITUTION: When soup or the like is spilt, a portion of it flows onto a receiver plate 12 and another portion flows via the top face of a burner 4 into a secondary air feed duct 11 and the like. Because the burner mounting opening 13 formed in the center of the receiver plate 12 is smaller in diameter than the burner 4, that portion of the soup which flows outwards along the top face of the burner 4 is received by the plate 12. That portion of the soup which has flowed into the duct 11 drops; however, it also is received by the plate 12 because the secondary air inlet port 10 of the duct 11 is opened in the side wall of the burner head 3 at a position higher than the plate 12. The duct 11 is divided into the burner head 3 and the burner 4, so as to uniform the flame.
