CONSTITUTION: When a rotor 10 normally rotates in the direction indicated by arrow A, a follower cam 17 relatively rotates in the opposite A direction with respect to a rotary cam 13 by the frictional force thereof with a reverse rotation preventing member, and the projection 16 of the cam 13 abuts against one end part of a depression 19. Accordingly, the cutout 18 of the follower cam 17 is positioned at a position delayed by an angle β from the cutout 15 of the rotary cam 13. Accordingly, the envelopes of both cams 13 and 17 from a complete circle, and the reverse rotation preventing member 20 slides smoothly on the outer peripheral surfaces of both cams 13 and 17.
