Abstract

PURPOSE:To perform rapid optical axis adjustment with simple construction by mounting a turnable holder to a movable base, providing a light reflecting means to the holder, and providing adjust screws thereby making the same movable. CONSTITUTION:A base 2 is mounted movable in A-B directions by means of screws 3 to a mounting table 1, and a holder 4 having the mounting part 10 of a mirror 12 is mounted within the circular hole of the base 2 movably in C-D directions by means of long holes 5 and screws 6. Further, a notched groove 7 is formed to the holder 4, and screws 15, 16 are provided to one end part of the groove 7, so that the mirror mounting part 10 is made finely movable in E-F directions by tightening of said screws 15, 16. Hence, the reflected lights are moved by an angle alpha in the X0 directions by turning the holder 4 in the base 2 and by an angle beta in the Y0 direction by the screws 15, 16, thus with the simple construction, the optical axis is easily adjusted.
