When it is detected that a new container is set to the reaction container supplying device 9 the supplying device 9 starts working and when the container 6 has reached the respective position the analytical work and the like are resumed. Thereby saving useless work of each part and making it possible to start each part of the analytical device automatically and with the fixed timing.
