Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve the property of decolorization of a coating film while maintaining the rate of elongation at break of a polyurethane foam with the coating film by injecting an undiluted polyurethane foam solution into molding dies on the inside surfaces of which the coating film of nonyellowed one-liquid type linear-polyurethane including isocyanate is formed. CONSTITUTION:On the inside surfaces of the molding dies is formed the coating film by using a solution prepared by adding 2-5pts.wt. of aromatic or aliphatic isocyanate to 100pts.wt. of nonyellowed one-liquid type linear-polyurethane on a solid basis and later the undiluted polyurethane foam solution is injected therein, whereby the polyurethane foam with the coating film is molded. With the increase in the quantity of addition of the aforesaid isocyanate, the property of decolorization of the coating film is improved, while the rate of elongation at break lowers, and even when the isocyanate is added beyond 5pts.wt., the property of decolorization of the coating film is not improved remarkably and only the rate of elongation at break thereof lowers.
